微量元素铜锌硒,抗氧化酶类,维生素E与恶性肿瘤的关系 被引量:2

Correlation between Trace E1ement Copper,Zinc,Selenium,Antioxidases , Vitamin E and Malignant Tumor

摘要 本文作者对67例恶性肿瘤患者同时作了血清铜(SCu)、锌(SZn)、硒(SSe)含量和血红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(RBC-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性及维生素E、丙二醛(MDA)含量测定。对其中21例肺癌和22例胃、肠癌作了血清Cu、Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD活性测定,此外还对胃肠癌组织作了Cu、Zn、Se、MDA含量和Cu、Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD活性测定。结果提示恶性肿瘤患者体内SCu升高和SSe降低同时有氧自由基清除障碍(RBc-SOD,血清GSH-Px活性下降,MDA含量增高),Se和维生素E的变化可能与GSH-Px变化有关,Cu的变化在肺癌与Cu、Zn—SOD似有一定关系。 Serum copper (SCu ),zinc (SZn),Selenium(SSe ) levels,red blood cell superoxide dismutase(RBC SOD),blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) activities and Vitamin E (VitE),malondialdehyde (MDA)contents were measured si-multaneously in 67 patients with malignant tumor. Among them 21 caese with lung cancer and 2 2 casese with gastroentericcarcinoma were examined in serum Cu,Zn SOD,Mn SOD activities, In addition, the levels of Cu,Zn,Se,MDA and the ac-tivities of Cu Zn SOD,Mn-SOD in gastroenteric cancer tissues were measured.These findings suggest that in malignant tu-mor patients there are SCu increasing and SSe decreasing, meanwhile oxygen free radicals eliminating obstructively (RBC SOD and blood GSH Px activities were decreased , MDA contents were increased).The Variety of Se and Vit E may be con-cerned with the variety of GSH Px,In lung cancer the variety of Cu may be concerned with Cu, Zn SOD.
