摘要
详细介绍了以小阳离子(NW-1)为主处理剂,生物聚合物(XC)、改性淀粉(DFD)、低粘CMC及NPAN等为辅助处理剂的小阳离子聚合物钻井液体系在大庆油田(茂平1井)首次使用情况。结果表明,在直井段和大斜度井段(0-87°)使用这种体系有利于控制地层造浆,能够防卡、防塌、净化井眼,提高了钻井速度和经济效益。
The first application of small canonpolymer mud in Daqing Oilfield(Mao No. 1 horizontal well) was introduced in detail. The mud systemis composed mainly of small canon polymer NW-1,and supplementary of XC, DFD, lower viscosityCMC & NPAN. Practices show that it was avaible toprevent formation hydration, pipe sticking and holecaving in, so that clean in the bottomhole and higher drilling speed was obtained.
