摘要 为了控制钻头在水平地层中的位置,钻出更好产能的井眼和油田,BakerHughesINTEQ公司的地层评价随钻测井仪(FEMWD)采用导向钻具定向通过水平储层。这样,人们第一次能对钻具组合进行实时监测,从而更好地导向穿过薄层和复杂地层,而不是按预先设计的井眼轨迹钻井。同时,采用目前的计算机模拟技术,用PC机就可有效地消除仪器在不利条件下产生的异常响应,为评价油井应变规划、FEMWD测井和钻井系统设计,随钻测定油井轨迹及准确评价储层特征提供必要的技术援助。 It is the most difficult problem to determine the drilling assembly , astratigraphic position during drilling. To get a better productivityfrom bores and oil fields, Baker Hughes INTEQ developed FEMWD to navigatethe drilling assembly through thin beds or complicated reservior.Forthe first time, the operator could see and navigate the assembly in ' real time' instead of undergo the predesigned routine. A significantbenefit for the operators is the increased well planning and drillingnexibility. By applying emulation technology on computer, the abnormalresponses of the instrument under unfavorable condition can be effectivelyeliminated. It provided necessary technic supports in ebvaluating welloperation planing, Designing FEMWD logging and drilling system, detectingwell trace and correctly evaluating the features of oil reservoir.
