气固相同晶取代法合成Ti—Al Pantasil型分子筛及其物化性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用气固相同晶置换法合成了Ti-ZSM-5型分子筛。对该分子筛的晶体形貌、XRD谱、红外光谱、UV-Vis光谱、吸附性能、比表面积、晶胞参数和产物组成进行了考察和研究。结果表明,经气固相同晶取代后,Ti进入了分子筛的骨架,其结晶度略有下降,而对分子筛的吸附性能和比表面积影响不大。 In this paper, we have synthesized Ti-ZSM-5 type molecular sieves by gas-solid isomorphous substitution. We have studied this molecular sieve by SEM, IR spectra, XRD spectra, UV-Vis spectra; measured adsorption capacity, specific surface area, crystalline unit cell parameters and chemical composition of this molecular sieve. Results show, after gas-solid isomorphous substitution,Ti is subsituted Si into the framework. Crystallization degree decreases silightly, and it has no influence on adsorption capacity and specific surface area.
