碳纤维原料沥青的分子量测定

摘要 用溶解法对通用级碳纤维用沥青的溶剂进行了筛选,发现三氯代苯可将高软化点沥青彻底溶解。以三氯代苯为溶剂,用VPO法测定了4种国产碳纤维级沥青的分子量,所得结果的准确度大大提高。以三氯代苯和正庚烷的混合溶剂对碳纤维级沥青进行了分级处理,获得8个不同分子量的沥青级分。 Trichloro-benzene has been selected as a solvent for the carbon fiber precursor pitch of general purpose from the solubility test of various solvents due to its complete solubility for high softening point pitch. Molecular weights of four domestic produced carbon fiber precursor pitch samples were measured by vapor pressure osmometer with trichloro-benzene as solvent, and accuracy improvement was found in the determination. Eight fractions with different molecular weights were obtained by using trichloro-benzene and heptane mixed solvent for separation.
