摘要
为了提高空分装置的氧气和氮气的产量,建立了空分系统的机理模型和模拟软件。用三对角矩阵方法计算精馏塔。用Harmen状态方程计算其物性。优化方案实施后,增产氧气17.86%~21.43%,年经济效益达200万元以上。
To boost the oxygen and nitrogen output from the air separation unit, a mechanismmodel and simulation software for the air separation system have been proposed. The liquid-vapor balancein the rectification column is calculated by means of three pairs of diagonal matrices. The properties of process streams are obtained using the Hdrmen's equation of state. The realization of the optimized processscheme has resulted in an increase of oxygen output by 18-21% with an annual economic benefits amounting to more than two million yuan (RMB).
