摘要
应用能量法研究了水平井及大斜度井钻柱的弹性稳定性。在研究压杆弹性稳定性的能量方程过程中,根据现场作业情况,分析了钻柱转速、钻头扭矩、井斜角以及钻柱的几何尺寸、钻柱自重引起的横向均布载荷等参数对下部钻柱弹性稳定性的影响,并由此导出了在水平井及大斜度井中下部钻具组合临界钻压的计算公式。这对指导水平并及大斜度井的现场施工、正确选择钻井参数和选配钻具组合、确保井下钻具安全有着十分重大的意义。
Te elastic stability of drillstem in a horizontal hole or high deviating hole is investigated by using the energy method.The influence of the rotary speed of the drillstem,torque on the bit, hole deviation, and the transverse uniform load related to the dimension and deadweight of the drillstem on the elastic stability of the lower drillstem assembly is analyzed, thereby the equation for calculating the critical pressure of the lower drillstem assembly in a horizontal hole or high deviating hole isderived.
