摘要
目前,油田对服役井架类别划分的一刀切标准不够合理。服役井架承载力随已有缺陷的增加而降低的过程是渐变的,所以服役井架分类标准存在着模糊性。在讨论了服役塔形井架划分等级的模糊性后,研究了立柱弯曲度与弯曲数、螺栓孔胀大量、拉筋弯曲度、锈蚀率和钻机月等因素对各个评定等级的隶属函数及隶属度的确定。综合考虑井架、天车、底座和附件的状况,给出了确定服役塔形井架安全承载力的二级模糊综合评判公式。工程实际算例表明,文中所述方法合理可行。
After a discussion of the fuzziness of evaluating on-site derricks,it was studied to determine the membership function and membership degree for evaluating the grade of derricks by deflection and frequency of bending on columns,expanding amount of bolt holes,bending deflection of girts and braces, corrosion rate and rig months,and the equation of the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for determining the load capacity of on-site derricks was worked out with the conditions of the derrick,crownblock, substructure and accessories taken comprehensively into consideration.
