摘要
介绍了瑞典Ａｖｅｓｔａ公司研制生产的２５４ＳＭＯ不锈钢的化学成分、力学性能、焊接性能、抗腐蚀能力及（２５４ＳＭＯ＋１６ＭｎＲ）复合板的使用情况。实践证明，在甲基吡咯烷酮（ＮＭＰ）润滑油精制工艺中，２５４ＳＭＯ具有较强的抗均匀腐蚀、点腐蚀和裂隙腐蚀的能力；在含卤化物的溶液中，与其他不锈钢相比，其抗腐蚀能力尤为突出。
In combination with the practice, the author introduced the chemical conposition, mechanical property, welding performance, corrosion resistant ability of stainless steel 254SMO which is researched and produced by Avesta company Sweden; and the application condition of (254SMO+16MnR) clad plate. The practice proved that 254SMO steel is possessed of high corrsion resistances of general corrosion, pit corrosion, and crevice corrosion in NMP lube oil refine process: And in the solution of halogenide, the corrosion resistance of 254SMO is excellent than other stainless steel.
