摘要
研究了丙酮缩合制备二丙酮醇的新型催化剂及工艺条件。以碱性的KX分子筛为载体,经活化剂活化后作为反应的催化剂,在一连续操作的固定床反应器中,对反应温度、空速、活化剂浓度、床层空限率及催化剂的寿命进行了考察。结果表明,低温、小空速、高活化剂浓度及小空隙率的条件下,二丙酮醇的得率达15.%-16.3%。改进催化剂的制备方法,可以大大提高催化剂的使用寿命。
A new catalyst for preparing diacetone alcohol by means of acetone condensation was studied.The catalyst was prepared using KX zeolite as carrier. Experiments were performed in a continuous process under different operating conditions and the results were discussed.Under the op-timum condition of low temperature, high residence time, high concentration of catalytic compo-nent and low void fraction,the yield of diacetone alcohol was l5.o%-16.3%。The life of catalystwas prolonged obviously by improving the preparation method.
