摘要
针对钻杆外加厚过渡带过渡不全及台肩几何缺陷，分析了它们对应力和钻杆疲劳寿命的影响，提出了对这种影响程度的近似计算式。同时还进行了外加厚过渡带台肩缺陷对钻杆疲劳寿命的影响模拟试验研究，所得试验结果和理论分析大体一致。在此基础上对钻杆外加厚过渡带几何缺陷的检验标准及处理方法提出了一些重要建议。
There are geometrical flaws of disconnected grade and flight of steps at the joinof drill rod. This paper studies the effect of flaws on stress and fatigue life of drill string.Asimulated fatigue test for the join of drill rod with the flaws was carried out.The testing resultis identical with that of theoretical analysis. On the bases of the testing results,someimportant suggestions of inspect standard and management for the flaws on the drill string areproposed.
