摘要
在N_2、H_2气氛下用非等温方法考察了大庆、胜利减压渣油的热转化过程,借助气相色谱对两种渣油在不同热反应温度下产生的C_1~C_6气态烃分布进行了测定。结果表明,在所测定的5个热反应温度下,CH_4的含量均最高。随着渣油热转化率的增加,CH_4的含量不断减少,C_2~C_4逐渐增加,C_5及C_6亦呈上升趋势,但在452℃处存在一最大值;气相产物中C_2和C_3的含量相近,C_6以烯烃为主。本实验条件下,气氛改变基本不影响渣油热转化产物中气态烃的组成。
Thermolysis of Daqing and Shengli vacuum residua were carried out under theconditions of heating rate of 6~20K/min and N2 or H2 gas flow rate of 100cm3/min in athermogrametric analyzer.The C1~C6 hydrocarbon gases evolved from thermolysis of residuawere analyzed with the method of quasion-line analysis on a gas chromatograph modelHP5890A. The results indicate that the amounts of C1~C5 hydrocarbon gases represent volumepercentages of 90~92,and the concentration of CH4 in the gases is greater than that of othercomponents. With the increase of thermolysis rate of the residua the concentration of CH4 isdecreased and that of C2~C4 increased, that of C5 and C6 show rising trend too. Theconcentrations of C5 and C6 of 452℃ are higher than that of other temperatures.The contentof C3 is approximate to that of C2.The majority of C6 is alkene.The change of inertatmosphere has little effect on the hydrocarbon composition under the expermentalconditions.
