摘要
通过减落和电阻率的测量,研究非晶态合金(Fe_(1-γ)Co_γ)_(82)Cu_(0·t)Si_(4·4)B_(13·2)(y=0,0.01,0·02,0.05,0·10)的结构弛豫。在25~350℃温区内,所有合金淬态和经退火处理后的弛豫谱都有两个峰。第一和第二峰的峰位温度或最可几激活能值Q_(mp)对Co含量(y)有不同的依赖关系。在驰豫谱第二峰出现的温区内,电阻率与温度的关系偏离线性,对y<0.05的合金还有小峰出现。
Structural relaxation of (Fe_(1-y)Co_y)_(82)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4) B_(13.2) amorphous alloys(y = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.01) is studied by measuring disaccommodation andresistivity, There are two peaks of relaxation spectra for all alloys whenthey are quenched and after annealing treatment in the temperature range 25℃--350℃. The Co constituent y dependence of peak temperature or the mostprobable value for the activation energy Q_(mp) is different at the first and thesecond peaks. The deyiation of linar temperature dependence of the resistivityand a little peak (for y<0.05 alloys) take place in the same temperaturerange with the second peak of the structural relaxation spectrum.
