摘要
机械优化设计得出的产品最佳设计参数,因制造误差等因素的存在难以在成品中准确实现,成为随机变量。本文应用随机摄动理论系统地研究了设计变量的误差对目标函数统计特性的影响。文章最后以一个工程实例说明了该方法的应用。
Effecting by the factor such as manufacturing errors, the optimum design parameters of paroducts obtained from the optimizing design of machines are seldom accurately attained in final products,and then become random variables. The effects of manufacturing error onthe statistic characteristics of the target function are systematically studied in this paper,by theuse of the theory of random perturbation,and an example is given to reveal the application of thisprocess.
