摘要
本文通过比较全面收录北宋皇帝关于医药卫生的诏令248条资料,编制了"北宋皇帝医药卫生政令纪事年表",并在分析研究的基础上,作了"北宋皇帝医药卫生政令等分类统计表".本文从诏令之有关"派医防治疾病"、"校正医书"、"举办福利慈善事业"、"改革和普及医学教育"、"提高医学与医师社会地位"、"改革落后习俗"、"举办卖药所"、"修订颁布本草(药典)"等内容,进行了比较深入的分析研究,以说明北宋皇帝与医学发展的关系.
In this paper, the author edits a chronological table of separate accounts of important events related to medicine and hygiene from materials including 248 imperial edicts promulgated by Northern Song Emperors. On the basis of analysis and research on these materials, the author makes a classifled statistical chart of the imperial edict on medicine and hygiene, and touches on 'sending doctors to cure and prevent diseases', 'collating and revising medical books', 'sponsoring welfare services and charities', 'reforming and popularizing medical education', 'promoting the social position of medicine and doctors', 'reforming backward customs', 'setting up drugstores' and'revising and decreeing pharmacopoeia', and also discusses the relationship between the Emperors of Northern Song and the development of medicine.
