摘要
研究了采用旋转试液挂片法和滚柱炉挂片法,考察开式和闭式系统中影响钻井液对钻杆钢片腐蚀速率的有关因素,优选了方法的试验条件,并在选定的条件下考察了方法对缓蚀剂缓蚀效果的鉴别力。实验结果表明,用上述方法可分别近似模拟钻井液对钻杆内、外壁腐蚀的条件,较直观地评价钻井液的氧腐蚀和盐腐蚀,试验结果的相对偏差≯±10%;对钻井液缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果的评价具有明显的鉴别力,缓蚀率评价结果的误差可达≯±3.3%。该项工作为制订我国钻井液缓蚀剂缓蚀效果的室内评价方法专业标准提供了必要的实验基础.
The related factors affecting the corrosion rate of drill pipe caused by drilling fluidsin open and closed system,are studied with different methods in which the coupons are hanged in rotatlug teding liquid and rolling drum oven respectively. The experimental conditions of these methods areoptimized,and the differentiating ability of the methods for corrosion inhibition effect of different corrosion inhibitors is investisated at the selected experimental conditions. The test results show that thesemethods may Simulate approximately the corrosion conditions of inside and outSide of drill pipe respectively. Moreover,the oxysen corrosion and salt corrosion of drilling fluids can be evaluated more directly. The relative deviation of experimental results is not more than ±10%,and there is an distinctability to different the effect evaluation of different corrosion inhibitors for drilling fluids. The error ofcorrosion rate evaluation results lies between ±3. 3%. This work provides a necessary experimentalbasis for drafting the domeStic specialized standard of laboratory evaluation methods for corrooion inhibition effect to drilling fluids.
