摘要
本文总结了新型５号ＣＯ助燃剂在九江石油化工总厂ＲＦＣＣＵ上工业应用的效果。５号助燃剂助燃性能优于３号助燃剂，可提高再生密相床温５℃以上，降低再生催化剂上的含碳１２％以上，单耗比３号剂降低５０％。与ＲＨＺ－３００催化裂化催化剂匹配性能良好。
This paper summarizes the effects of No. 5 CO combustion promoter in comparison with the original No. 3 promoter, which using in the resid FCCU in Jiujiang General Petrochemical Works.The combustion promoting performance of the former is much better than the latter. The dense phase bed temperature of the regenerator increases by more than 5℃; the carbon on regenerated catalyst decreases by 12% ; and the promoter consumption is 50% lower. It exhibits good compatibility with the RHZ - 300 cracking catalyst.
