摘要
研究新合成抗早孕药利洛司酮的一般药理作用，试用略高于临床预期用药量及高于５０倍以上的两种剂量灌胃给药，观察药物对小鼠的协调运动、活动计数、抗电惊厥及延长戊巴比妥钠催眠时间的影响；观察对大鼠血压、心电、呼吸频率及深度的影响。实验结果表明在所用剂量下的利洛司酮，对小鼠精神、神经系统及对大鼠心血管和呼吸系统均未见明显影响。
Examination of functions of central nervous system with Lilopristone by the tests of spontaneous activity.coordination movement and so on in mice showed no significant changes. No obvious effects on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of rats were observed by according to electrocardiographic and electrophysiologic examination of frequency and depth of respiration.
