摘要
用石墨炉原子吸收谱法测定了TiNi形状记忆合金及317L不锈钢在1%NaCl生理盐水中Ni离子释放速度。结果表明,随浸泡时间延长,浸泡液中的Ni离子浓度有规律地连续增加。计算得到抛光态的TiNi记忆合金和317L不锈钢Ni离子释放速度分别为1.44×10^(-3)μg/cm^(2)·h和1.29×10^(-3)μg/cm^(2)·h。文中最后还讨论了原子吸收谱法在研究金属生物材料腐蚀性能方面的适用性。
The Ni ion release rates of TiNi shape memory alloy and 317L stainless steel in 1%NaCl saline solution at 37℃were studied by means of detecting the Ni ion concentration of the immersion solution using atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results showed that the Ni ion concentration of immersion solution was increased with increasing immersion time.The Ni ion release rate was calculated to be 1.44×10^(3)μg/cm^(3)·h and 1.29×10^(-2)μg/cm^(2)•h for aspolished TiNi alloy and 317L stainless steel,respectively.The thermally oxided TiNi specimen was also studied and it showed substantially lower Ni ion release rate.This is attributed to the compact oxidefilm formed on the specimen surface.The advantage of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the study of metallicbiomaterial's corrosion has been discussed.
