摘要
利用荧光发射光谱技术及荧光诱导动力学技术研究了水分胁迫对小麦叶绿体激发能分配和光系统Ⅱ原初光能转换效率的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫阻碍了激发能向光系统Ⅱ的传递,降低了光系统Ⅱ的原初光能转换效率。
The effect of water stress on distribution of excitation energy and efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of phoyosystem Ⅱ in wheat chioroplasts were studied by using fluorescence emission spectroscopy and fluorescence induction kinetics techniques. The results show that water stress impedes the exictation energy transfer from light harvesting chlorophyll protein complexes to photosystffo Ⅱ trap and decreases the efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of photosystem Ⅱ in wheat chloroplasts.
