摘要
采用聚合酶链反应(PolymeraseChianReation,即PCR)技术检测结核分枝杆菌Mycobacteriumtuberculosis,一年多来共检测了100例结核(肺、肾结核)患者的痰和尿液标本,结呆PCR检出阳性率为81%,对照用集菌涂片抗酸染色法,阳性率为58%,用常规培养法阳性率为20%。而对50例非结核患者的疫和尿液标本的检测,PCR法仍有6%的阳性率,而用涂片或常规培养法均未检出阳性。据此,本文作者认为采用PCR技术检测结核分枝杆菌确定具有快速、敏感、特异性高的优点,但其检测报告作为临床确诊指标还存在一定的局限性,而作为辅助诊断却有很大的参考价值。
Mycobacterium tuberculosis to the samples of 100 patients who take the tubercular were detected by used of the polymerase chain reaction(PCR),of which 81% were positive.But 58% of the patients were positive by the anti-acid staning mathod and 20% were positive by cultural mathod in ordinary medium.Addition,we used the PCR mathod for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis of samples from 50 non-tubercular patients,of which 6 % were also positive.However,the 50 samples were all negative by used of the cultural or the staining mathod.It is suggested that the PCR mathod be used as a rapid,sensitive and specific measure of detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis.It is difficult to diagnose whether the patient takes pulmonary tuberculosis and kindey tuberculosis by the detective report,because some positive samples were detected in non-tubercular patients.
