摘要
本文对科威特艾哈迈迪炼油厂修复检修工程中管道焊接及检验这两个质量控制关键环节（包括质量责任体系、焊工管理与焊接质量控制、检验标准与规程、焊缝无损检验、不合格焊缝返修程序）的管理进行了全面的归纳总结，认为国外这些先进的工程管理方法，对我国的工程建设行业走出国门参与国际竞争，具有很重要的借鉴意义。
This paper overally summarizes the management of two important points in quality control of pipeline welding and inspection in a refinery repairing proect in Kuwait. The points include the quality responsibility system, management of welders, welding quality control, inspection standards and codes, the non - destructive testing of weld seams, and the repairing pmeedures of non - conforming weld seams. It is believed that these advanced managing methods are of great importance for the professions of engineering constrution to take part in the international competition
