摘要
张壬午,计文瑛,胡梅,张彤:县级生态农业建设规划方法,《生态农业研究》,3(3)1995:9—13 县是我国农业经济活动的基本地域单元,具有行政职能与经济功能的相对独立性。以县为单位进行生态农业建设更能发挥和展现生态农业的功效,因此,县级生态农业建设进行规划对区域农业持续发展,即实现县域经济发展与环境保护的协调是十分重要的。本文详细论述了县级生态农业建设规划方法及应注意的问题,以便更好地发展我国生态农业建设。
Counties.the fundamental unit for agricultural activities in China,possess a relative independence in both executive functions and economic functions. So purposes of eco-agricultural construction can be reached more rapidly in a. county. Therefore eco-agricultural construction programming at county level is very important for sustaninable agricultural development and the coordination of economic development and environmental protection. The paper presents the planning methodology and problems for attention for this work.
