摘要
本文用ＡｇＮＯＲ染色技术，对３３例多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ组）与１０例反应性浆细胞增多症（ＲＰ组）的骨髓浆细胞作了检测。结果显示ＡｇＮＯＲ颗粒数量均值，ＲＰ组为１．８８±０．７，ＭＭ组为５．５５±１．１４，两组间有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＡｇＮＯＲ形态改变在ＲＰ组仅表现为单一的核仁型，而在ＭＭ组则有核仁型、弥散型、聚集型、及核仁内型等不同类型，提示ＡｇＮＯＲ颗粒数量结合形态变化特征对浆细胞良、恶性鉴别具有一定临床意义，同时也证实了ＡｇＮＯＲ染色法对了解ＭＭ中浆细胞增殖水平也是一个简单有效的参考指标。
The changes of argyrophilic protein associated nuclcolar organizer regions(Ag-NORs)in the plasma cells were investigated in 33 patients with multiple myeloma(MM)and 10 with reactive plasmacytosis(RP).The following results were obta-ined.The mean grain number(GN)were 1.88 ± 0.7 grains per cell in the plasma cellsfrom RP,and 5.55±1.14 in the cells from MM,Both the GN values were statis-tically different(P<0.001).The morphological changes of Ag-NORs appeared as a singular nucleolar type in the cells from RP patients,but showed many types in MMsuch as nucleolar,diffused,clustered and intranucleolar types.These results suggestedthat the combination of changes of GN and morphological characteristics of Ag-NORsmay be helpful in the differentiation of benign and malignant plasma cells disordersand in the monitoring on proliferative levels of plasma cells as a simple index.
