植物病害抗性基因克隆策略

摘要 现代分子遗传学的迅速发展对分离和鉴定植物病害抗性基因起了积极推动作用。迄今植物病害抗性基因克隆的策略主要有:“鸟枪”克隆法,植物转座子示踪与T-DNA插入突变法,RFLP和染色体步移法,纯化病原菌特异致激物受体法。本篇综述旨在介绍这些抗病基因的克隆策略及研究进展。 The rapid development of molecular genetics plays an active promoting role in identifying and isolating genes that upon transfer may render target plants resistant to fungal pathogens. To date, several gene cloning strategies have been proposed. These include 'Shotgun' cloning, cloning by transposon tagging or T-DNA insertional mutagenesis, RFLP and chromosome walking and cloning of genes encoding receptors for race-specific elicitors. The objective of this review is to provide a summary of the current researches on these strategies.
