摘要
为了定量计算动脉局部狭窄对动脉管中血液流动速度的影响,本文分别对狭窄区域内定常流动和非定常流动进行了求解,得出了狭窄区域内定常流和脉动流的速度表达式。本文将均匀段的流速波形经Fourier分解成定常和脉动两部分,然后分别计算出狭窄区域内对应的宝常和脉动流速,经Fourier合成还原成流速时域波形,同时针对各种情况将不同狭窄对不同的流速波形的影响作了分析比较;对不同狭窄和不同的轴向位置综合对流速波形的特征值的作用情况进行了计算说明。本文为临床上诊断血管特性提供了有应用前景的血液动力学理论结果。
For a quantitative analysis of the influence of the arterial stenoses on the blood velocities of human bodies, this paper gives the analytical expressions of the blood velocities of the steady flow and the pulsatile flow in the narrow section in the blood vessel. By the Fourier analyse, the wave form of the velocities in the uniform section is separated into the steady part and the pulsatile part respectively. Then these two parts are calculated in the narrow section respectively, and the wave form of the velocities in the narrow section of the vessel is obtained also by the Fourier analyse. For different stenoses exert different influence on the velocities of blood and the corresponding axial position in the blood vessel are discussed in detail in this paper.
Results in this paper are significant to clinically diagnose of the artierial function of human bodies.
