摘要
本文用单辊快速凝固法研究了NiAl金属间化合物薄带形成机理.结果发现,在本实验条件下NiAl金属间化合物快速凝固薄带,其微观组织为倾斜的柱状晶或倾斜柱状晶与等轴晶的组合,其薄带形成主要受动量边界层控制.在动量边界层作用下,柱状晶呈现迎流生长;等轴晶则是成分过冷的产物.本文首次论证了NiAl金属间化合物薄带的形成机理,澄清了以往悬而未决的问题.
This paper deals with the ribbon formation mechanism of the rapidly soli dified NiAl intermetallics. The experimental results show that the microstructures of rapidly solidified NiAl are leaning columnar crystals or columnar crystals with coarse equiaxed crystals on the upper part of them; and the ribbon formation is controlled mainly by the momentum boundary layer δu. Leaning columnar crystals result from the effect of δu; and the coarse equixed crystals on the upper part of the columnar crystals are the results of constitutional suppercooling.
