摘要
本文提出了电路理论的两个基本公设和一个假设，提出了关于电路基本规律性的观点，论述了电路理论和系统理论在方法论上的统一性．
This paper is a research result of the circuit theory system. Two fundamental postulate and an axiomatic postulate are presented. The view points about the fundamental law of the circuit theory are also given. The uniformity of the methodology between the circuit theory and the system theory is described.
