生物法测定土壤中甲磺隆和绿磺隆残留量 被引量:2

摘要 采用油菜根法测定土壤中甲磺隆和绿磺隆的残留量。结果表明,甲磺隆和绿磺隆在稻、麦田中的消解速率较慢,甲磺隆的t0.5和t0.9分别为42.5d和106.1d,绿磺隆为39.9d和110.1d;在蔬菜田中的消解速率较快,按上顺序,t0.5和t0.9分别为26.2d,67.9d和20.5d,72.3d。甲磺隆和绿磺隆在同类型土壤中消解速率相同。 A root bioassay was adopted to assay the residues of metsulfuron-methyl and chlorosulfuron in soil. The result showed that the degradation rate of metsulfuron-methyl and chlorosulfuron was slower in the rice-wheat field, t0.5 and t0.9 of metsulfuron-methyl were 42.5 days and 106.1 days respectively, and that of chloroslulfuron was 39.9 days and 110.1 days respectively. In the vegetable field it was quicker, t0.5 and t0.9 of both metsulfuron-methyl and chlorosulfuron were 26.2 days, 67.9 days and 20.5 days, 72.3 days respectively, but it was equal in the same type of soil.
