摘要
在酸性条件下,用正已烷萃取五氯酚,以重氮甲烷衍生后生成五氯酚甲酯,用稳定的同位素^(13)C_6五氯酚为内标物,采用GC/MS法,在选择离子扫描(SIM)模式下进行定量测定。五氯酚的实际检测限为1μg/L;平均回收率为94.0％～96.5％;精密度实验的相对标准偏差为1.4％。
A method for determining pentachlorophenol in water was presented. Pentachlorophenol was extracted from acidified samples with hexane and then derived by diazomethane. Stabilized isotope 13C6 pentachlorophenol was used as internal standard. Quantitative determination was performed under selected ion model by GC/MS. The actual quantitative limit was 1 μg/L, with linear correlation coefficient of 0.9998, and relative standard deviation of 1.4%. The average recovery was 94.0% to 96.5%.
