摘要
建设项目与发展政策的环境健康影响评价是环境影响评价的一个重要组成部分,但到目前为止在我国尚未得到足够重视,文章较详细地阐述了环境健康影响评价的重要性及其限制因素,并介绍了环境健康影响的评价方法和评价程序,最后提出了若干识别环境健康因素的实例。
Environmental health impact assessment (EHIA) of construction project and development policy is a major component of environmental impact assessment, but so far has not been paid great attention in China. Description in detail on the importance of environmental health impact assessment and its limits and constraints have been discussed, and introduction of EHIA method and procedure were presented, and a few example concerning environmental health impact identification were also presented.
