摘要
为去除污泥厌氧消化生产沼气中的H_2S有害污泥物,采用鹅卵石填料作为脱硫剂进行沼气直接脱硫处理。小试结果表明,当沼气中H_2S含量高达2000mg/m^3时,在控制适当的运行条件下,对沼气中H_2S有较好的脱硫效率,脱硫率>98%,H_2S含量低于20mg/m^3。采用空气再生处理后,其脱硫率可保持在98%以上。
For removing hydrogen sulfide from biogas during anaerobic digestion, used cobblestones as filling material and put into a cylinder then passed through biogas. The bench scale test showed that H2S could be removed from biogas effectively when the content of H2S was up to 2000mg/m3. The removal efficiency of H2S was higher than 98%, and the content of H2S in the effluent was lower than 20mg/m3. These cobblestone could be revived by air blasting effectively.
