实心转子异步电机的励磁阻抗及其实验测试

摘要 实心转子异步电机的励磁阻抗概念上有别于一般异步电机,但电机工程界对此尚有认识差异。本文从阐明励磁电抗的物理意义着手,探讨如何借助同步空载试验来测试低导磁性材料实心转子异步电机的励磁阻抗,并通过电机运行性能验算证明所述方法的合理性。 The magnetizing impedance of solid rotor asynchronous motors should be somewhat different from that of ordinary asynchronous motors in concept, but there are different views on it in electrical engineering circles, starting with the explanation of the physical significance of magnetizing reactance, this paper explores the method of measuring the magnetizing impedance of an asynchronous motor with solid rotor made of low-permeability materials by means of synchronous no-load test.Resaonableness of the described method is confirmend by verification of operational performances on a prototype motor.
