摘要
酷粟扦插以应部生根为主，扦插生根期２０天左右，生根部位集中在扦插入土深５～１５ｃｍ之间。３年生以下枝皮层老化，枝条芽为潜伏芽，扦插不易生根和成活。经不同方法扦插试验，醋栗扦插适宜采条时间为１１月下旬．冬季采条沙藏比春季剪条提高扦括成活２８％，插穗的适宜长度为１５～２０ｃｍ，适宜粗度为０．７～１．２ｃｍ。同根枝条剪穗的适宜部位为下、中部枝段；插穗年龄以１～２年生扦插成活率为高；压条成苗率是压条数的１～３倍。
Ribes nigrum cuttings are mainly stroken on their conices and the striking lasts for about 20 days.The striking takes place mostly on the cuttings 5-15cm down soil.The conices of the cuttings down 3 years old and aged,and the cuttings are not easily stroken.Based on cutting test,later November is suitable to collect Ribes nigrum cuttings,and the striking rate of the cuttings preserved in wet sand over the winter is 28% higher than that of the cuttings collected in the spring.The optimum length of cuttings is 15-20cm,and suitable diameter for cuttingsis 0.7-1.2cm.The optimum part is the middle and lowerparts of cutting shoots.The optimum age of cuttings ranged 1-2 year.The seedling rate of the layered cuttings is 1-3 times of the cuttings.
