可育和不育临清猫精浆微量元素的测定 被引量:1

DETERMINATION OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN THE SEMINAL PLASMA OF FERTILE AND INFERTILE LINQING CATS

摘要 采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了8只可育和12只不育临清猫精浆中8种微量元素(钾、钠、钙、镁、锌、铁、锰、铜)的含量。统计分析结果表明,钾、钠、钙、镁、锌的浓度在可育组和不育组几乎一样。不育组精浆中铁、锰、铜的浓度较可育组明显升高(P<0.01)。不育组各微量元素的相关性发生了变化。精浆中铁、锰、铜的浓度差异及不育组元素的相关变化可能与临清猫的不育有关。 The levels of 8 trace elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg ,Zn,Fe,Mn and Cu)wre measuredin the seminal plasma of 8 frtile and 12 infertile Linqing cats by atomic absorption spectropho-tometer.The levels of the seminal plasma K,Na,Ca,Mg,Zn were almost the same in both fertileand infertile groups. The levels of Fe,Mn and Cu were significantly higher(P<0.01) in the in-fertile group than the fertile one. The correlation changes between the trace elements in the infer-tile group existed.Perhaps the infertility of Linqing cats were caused by the difference of the con-centrations of Fe, Mn and Cu in the seminal plasma and the correlation changes between the traceelements in the infertile group.
