摘要
用分光光度法测定了芽孢杆菌代谢过程中孢外酶的活性,得出酶活力随时间变化的曲线,并计算了活力增长常数。37℃时k'为0.0134/min,此结果与前人 ̄[1]用LKB-2277生物活性仪测出的热谱曲线、生长速率常数k十分相近。
In this paper,we have used spectrophotometric method to determine enzyme activ-ity of cell sap in multiplication process of Bacillus sp NTT-61.The enzyme activity changes withthe change of bacterial growth.From the lag phase growth curves,we calculatrd the activitygrowth constant of Bacillus sp NTT-61,K’=0.013/min. The result is proximae with the calcu-lated numbwe using microcalorimetrio-method.
