摘要
在酵母流加培养过程中,因缺乏实用的传感器,不能在线检测菌体浓度等参数。本文把可测得且又与菌体生长密切相关的氧吸收速率作为被控参数,用呼吸商判别代谢途径,采用预估校正算法控制基质的流加量。
In the process of yeast fed-batch cultivation,the yeast cell concentration andother parameters can not be measured on-line owing to the absence of practical sensors.TheOxygen uptake rate,which may be measured and is closely related with the biomass growth,is selected as the controlled parameter; metablic pathways are decided by the utilization ofrespiratory quotient,with the substrate controlled by the predication and precorrection algo-rithm which utilizes the process information synthetically.
