摘要
散斑干涉法能够测量物质的微小位移、应变、振动、形变及其它特殊计量，所得到的散斑图样是位移的函数．应用不同的光学再现系统，能够得到不同的观察结果．除了使用激光源之外，也可以采用非相干光来观察散斑条纹图，其特点是可以降低干涉条纹的散斑噪声，本文详述了散斑干涉法的条纹理论、对比度函数及典型实验结果．
Speckle interferometry is capable measurement displacement, strain, vibration of body and someteSt, the speCkle pattern is the function of the displacement. By means of various reconstructive system, some various results are given. Beside coherent beam, non -coherent beam can be used to producta speckle pattern, reducing speckle noise of fringe. This paper discusses detailly the theory of specklefringe, the contrast faction and some experimental results.
