摘要
本文对目前煤矿企业实行设备租赁过程中存在的问题进行分析，提出了将市场机制引入设备租赁工作中，并强调加快培训工作，提高人员素质，通过竞争促进设备租赁工作规范化进行。
This paper analyses the problems existed in the practice of the equipmentrental of the coal enterprises.It points out that the market mechanism must be introduced into the equipment rental,and it also emphasizes that the workers training must be sped upto raise their quality.By competition,the equipment rental can be promoted and standardized.
