龙爪稷愈伤组织的诱导和植株再生

摘要 龙爪稷幼胚在含2,4-D3mg/LMs培养基上,可诱导出愈伤组织,经继代培养后,在含IAA和椰子乳的分化培养基上可以再生植株;继代时间不同的组织成苗途径不同.再生苗在试管内可结实,种子发育正常可以萌发. Calli were obtained by culturing the immature emnryos on MS medlum With2. 4-D3mg/Landsucrose 30g/L.After subultured, they were transfered todlfferenlalmdlum where plantletregenerat.Organgens was the main rnorphogenslsway when calli were subcultured in short time while embryogens was the main morphogensls way when calli were subcultured in longtime.Seeds of the plantlet can formed in tube.The development process is the same as that in vlvo.Seeds can germinate as normal.
