摘要
本文在分析乳液润滑流变行为的基础上,建立了拉拔过程乳液润滑膜厚数学模型,该模型计算所得膜厚与测试结果非常逼近,运用膜厚模型进行分析的结果表明,一般工况条件下,乳液润滑时拉拔过程的润滑为边界润滑。
Based on analysis about theology of oil-in-water emulsion during lubication, it has been established that the mathematical model of film thickness lubricated with oil-in-water emulsion during metal drawing,and fhe film thickness calculated with this model was very close to the results of test, From the film thickness calculated with the model under general condition, it was found that the lubrication condition during metal drawing is generaly boundary lubrication.
