摘要
用传统材料石灰对软土进行化学固化时,效果并不很理想。作者通过研究,在石灰、硅酸盐水泥熟料中复合一种无机添加料“SCA”进行改性,得到一种能广泛应用于高含水量和高有机质土固化的新复合土壤固化材。从大量实验室配合比试验中优选出此种材料的最佳配合比范围。同时将其与石灰固化进行了对比。最后探讨了此种新型复合固化材的固化机理。
It has been noticed that the traditional material, quick lime, is not a perfect one for stabilizihg soft soils especially those containing a high quantity of water and organic materials. From series investigations, a new complex stabilizer, which can be widely used to treat some soils of high water and organic material content has recently been prepared in laboratory by compounding an inorganic additive, SCA, with the Lmie-Portloned cement clinker system. The optimum composition range of the new stabilizer has also been obtained from the extensive experiments of the samples with different proportions of Lime OPC and SCA, in comparison with Lime. Finally, based on the results from SEM studies, the mechanism of the stabilization process of the new stabilizer has also been discussed.
