摘要
纵观黄土高原３０多年来造林工作中存在的问题．主要是造林成活率低、保存率低、生长差。造成这种问题的原因固然很多，但主要原因是造林树种选择不当。对灌木在森林演替中的地位、灌木适应严酷自然条件的林学特性、灌木具有的经济价值和开发前景及灌木林的水土保持效益等方面进行研究的结果表明，在干旱瘠薄的黄土高原，选择以灌本为主，营造灌、草、乔相结合的水土保持林，对加快绿化荒山荒沟速度，保持水土，减少入黄泥沙具有重大的现实意义。
Review of the afforestation of the Yellow Plato over the last thirty some years, the main problems are that the survival rate is low, the preserving rate is low, and the growth rate is poor.Among various reasons. the main one is the inappropriate selection of tree type.StUdies of the position of bush in the evolution of forest, the foresty characteristics of bush in adapting the harsh natural conditions. the economic value and the developing prospects of bush, and the effect of water and soil consetvation created by bush indicate that bush should be the main type of tree to be planted on the dry and barren Yellow Plato. Plantation of bush. grass, and arbor has momentous current significant in speeding up afforestation. conserving water and soil, and reducing sediment yield.
