摘要
根据气固两相流动近似模化原理,设计了旋转煤粉分离器模化试验台,对三种具有不同结构型式转子的分离器分离特性进行了试验,并根据试验结果确立了分离器叶片设计和运行过程的控制原则。模化试验结果表明,旋转煤粉分离器能在变负荷条件下获得稳定的煤粉细度,分离效果较好。
On basis of the approximate similitude criteia for gas-solid two phase flow some experimental set-ups for rotary classiflers are established. According to the similarity principles, model tests on the performance of rotary classifiers with threedifferent structure rotors are completed respectively. Rules for design and process control of the rotaty classifier are developed based on the test results. It is shown that the classifier Performes very well and can obtain stable pulverized coal fineness when the loading is changed.
