摘要
1,6-己二醇经环氧化制得的己二醇二缩水甘油醚是一种低毒低刺激性低粘度无色透明的环氧化合物。实验结果表明它是环氧树脂配方技术中有特色的活性释释剂和增柔剂,明显地降低了环氧树脂的操作粘度,有效地克服了环氧固化物的脆性,改善了环氧固化物的拉伸特性和抗剥离粘接力。它的应用可望获得光学透明性优良且富于柔弹性的环氧浇铸料、胶粘剂和涂料等环氧材料。
Hexandiol diglycidyl ether, prepared by epoxidation of 1, 6-hexandiol, is a colourless and transparent epoxide with low toxicity, low irrtation and low viscosity, As a reactive thickening and toughening agent, it can obviously reduce the processing visvosity of epoxy resin, effectively eliminate the brittleness of cured epoxy resin and improve the tensile characteristic and adhesion peeling strength of cured epoxy resin. Epoxy resin castings, adhesives and coatings with good optical trasparency and flexibility can be obtained by using this epoxide.
