摘要
自动加矾是水厂自动化设计中收效最为明显的一个项目。加矾自动化比传统的人工加矾节省投药量10~20%,且出水水质稳定。 1986年上海石化水厂建立了我国第一个加矾数学模型,该系统采用前馈数学模型方式。 自动化加矾系统由一套微机设备控制,依靠进水水质变化为参数的数学公式控制投药量,同时根据沉淀池出水浊度变化来改变投药量。目前,采用数学模型加矾自动化技术已收到了明显的经济效益,并在水厂自动化中起到了重要的作用。
The design of automatic dosing of alum is the one of the most efficient subject appeared in the design of automation for water plant. The dosing automation could offer a saving of chemicals accounting to 10-20% in comparison to common manual operation, with further advantage of stable water quality.The first mathematical model of alum dosing in China has been established in the water plant of Shanghai Petroleum Company in 1980. It is a kind of preliminary feed system. The dosage is controlled by a mathematical formular, which is a function of parameters of raw water qualities.Dosage is corrected by backfeed on checking of the effluent turbidity from the sedimentation tank. Automation is performed by a set of microcomputer. It receives remarkable evidence on the economical benefi-ciency.and plays an important role in the automation of water plant.
