摘要
我们于1990年3月至1992年9月应用胸前外侧神经和胸背神经转位于腋神经和肌皮神经的方法，治疗上干型臂丛极性损伤6例，取得成功，效果良好。对该项手术的方法、适应症及手术效果等，作了较详细的描述和讨论。
With the method of transfer the lateral branch of anterior thoracis nerve and the thoracodorsal nerve to the axillary and rnusculocutaneous nerve, we were s uccessfully cure the upper trunk brachial plexus roots injury In the present paper,the procedure of this operation. indication selection,effects and advantages of this operation were discussed and discribed in detail.
