摘要
本文报导了90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床观察、氧疗效果和氧疗护理注意事项。着重讨论了氧疗在改善、缓解和延缓慢性阻塞性肺疾病向肺心病发展过程中的作用，并通过作者护理工作中的体会，提出正确给氧方法的重要性。
90 cases of diseases of chronic obstructive lung were treated by means of oxygen therapy and the effects were observed. Some key points of nursing during the treatment and the related principles of application about oxygen therapy in such patients were discussed based on the experince of nursing practice,the author suggest that it be reasonable to give oxygen therapy in the early stage for patients with disease of chronic obstructive lung.
