摘要
本文对22例使用物合器行低位直肠癌保肛术的疗效进行了分析。认为在低位直肠癌保肛术中使用吻合器可减少吻合口瘘的发生，不仅使直肠癌得到根治，而且也增加了保肚的可能性，同时也提高了患者的生存质量。因此，吻合器在低位直肠癌保肝术中的应用值得推广。
Operative efficacy of using the anastomoser in the operation of anus sphincter -saving of low rectum cancer was analysed.The author considered that use the anastomoser to decrease the occurrence of anastomostic leakage. The method not only treated the rectum cancer, but also increased the possiblty of anus sphincter -saving. It also raised the patient's quality of life. It is worth to populatize.
