摘要
本文报导了西宁地区儿童腭扁桃体的上皮、淋巴组织、血管等主要组织结构的形态计量学（体视学）研究结果。内容涉及到各种组织的体积分数、面积密度、长度密度等。这些扁桃体组织定量参数的建立，为日后的临床治疗和病理诊断提供了真实，可靠的参考数据，对拓展免疫学领域基础与临床相结合的途径，将会起到积极的作用。将体视学方法引入免疫器官研究属一种新的尝试，国内、外尚未见类似报导。
The paper reported the result of morphometrical study of the children's palatine tonsils in Xining,which consist of the epithelium,lymphoid tissue,connective tissue and small blood vessels. The content of the survey involved the volume density,surface and length densities. The establishment of the structural quantity references should provided the useful and real data for clinic therapy and pathological diagnosis and enlarged the field of immunology,which relate basic study with clinic treatment. The method is a new attempt for tonsil and have not been found at the domestic and abroad articles.
